Paul Murray reveal PixSell at annual sales conference

December 21, 2017 Aspin PixSell

We were invited to Paul Murray’s end of year conference on Wednesday this week to help them showcase their new PixSell app to the sales team.

Back in the summer, we spent some time with Paul Murray working out whether we could help them spend less time fielding queries from the sales team by providing an all-encompassing app. Too much resource was being spent on managing their current system, generating manual reports and marrying images with data to help the reps sell. Fast forward six months to the sales conference at the Ageas Bowl, and Paul Murray are on the cusp of a brand new system which will help the sales team see more customers, up-sell, cross-sell and better present all the Paul Murray brands to their customers. Meanwhile at headoffice, less time will be spent intervening with the software enabling people like Ally and Shauna (Paul Murray) to focus on the digital marketing side of the business.

With a captive audience and sterling introduction from Sales Director Nick Hayton at the conference, who introduced the concept of new functionality, reliability and a new lease of life for the sales team, we were delighted with the reception of Paul Murray and their salespeople. Richard and Lizzi then ran through PixSell paying attention to the Sales Intelligence reports, such as top ten products per customer, leakage reports and brand performance in each territory. Such data has not been readily available to the reps in an offline mode before and is an exciting addition to their roles.

Ally then released a batch of new iPads much to the reps’ delight – loaded with PixSell – and the reps were allowed a thirty minute session to place a few dummy orders and pick our brains with ideas and questions. Ready for the official roll out in the new year, we left the Paul Murray team in good spirits with their new iPads and enthusiasm for PixSell.

Merry Christmas to everyone at Paul Murray, – thank you for the invitation, continued business and of course good luck with your warehouse move over Christmas. We look forward to the go-live in the new year.
